“I completed my undergraduate work at The College of Charleston and obtained my Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law. I’m admitted to the bar in South Carolina, and am a member the American Bar Association, as well as various other professional organizations.”
“I have a wonderful wife, Melissa, who I met in high school, and who helps me keep after two trouble-making dogs. In my personal time, I enjoy playing tennis, attempting golf, fishing, hiking, and watching football, baseball, and motorsports. I’m a member of the College of Charleston Alumni Association, Eagle Scout, and member South Carolina AFM (Mariners No. 2).”
The point is to become a part of the client’s team. Not providing service to the client, but with the client; it sounds semantic, but it’s an important difference.
